The Svart Höna is Sweden's version of the all-black fibromelanistic chicken, similar to the Ayam Cemani but developed independently in Scandinavia. Entirely black — feathers, skin, bones, and organs — they are exceptionally cold hardy and active foragers. Extremely rare outside of Sweden and a prized collector's breed.
